She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Allen Yahr and Warren Johnson; and her aunt Mary Yahr. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Scott Johnson and Nancy Ann Yahr Johnson; her sister Allison Kloehn; her brother-in-law David Kloehn; her grandmothers, Audrey Yahr and Lynn Johnson; and her caregivers, Betty Jo, Heather, Julia and Jennifer. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kathy Hospice (3232 Pleasant Valley Rd, West Bend).
