It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Angeline Schneider of West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Short and Rita Short (Martin); her husband Gene Schneider; her siblings, Betty Short, Lorraine Schmear (Laurel) and James Short; and her in-laws, Ewald Schneider, Margaret, Edwin Troeller, Jack, Mary Schneider, Russell, Mary Wagner, Glenn Schneider and Jim Troeller.
She is survived by: her children, Lee (Debbie) of Horicon and Laura Marx (Richard) of West Bend; her grandchildren, Steven Merx (Tracy), Melissa Twitty (Tristan), Elizabeth, Alexandra and Kathlena Schneider; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Olivia, Evan, Marcos, Brielle and Janessa; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Schneider (Glenn) and Sharon Short (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to First United Methodist Church of Hartford or Rhinelander would be appreciated.
