She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Paulsen and Esther Paulsen; her husband Leon Halliburton; and her brother Ricky Paulsen. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Muryn (Jack) and Connie Nichols (Dan); her grandchildren, Craig, Richard, Robert Barrett, John Nichols, Zachary, Braydon and Nolan Hottenstein; and her great grandchildren, Madisyn, Easton Nichols, Landon Barrett, Ava, McKenzie, Kendyl Barrett, Eliana, Hannah and Sophia Barrett.

“I just found out about the passing of Janet. I am a family friend and Janet and my mother are lifetime friends. I am Larry Last and remember so many fun times out at Big Cedar Lake. Janet had a heart of love and gold. I actually haven't seen her in a long time and while at my doctor last fall I saw her. She was so happy. Smiling and we talked for quite a lengthy of time. Such a giving person and unbelievable cook. My mother wanted a memorial card but never got one. Please call me at 262-323-7099”
