He was predeceased by: his father John. He is survived by: his mother Sue Hammond; his wife Elisa; his children, Katie, Andrew (Liz) and Matthew; and his brothers, John (Rosemary), Charlie (Patty) and Dan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
