He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fell and Christina Fell; his son Brian; his brothers, Joseph (Ardell) and Frank (Arlene); and his brother-in-law Richard Westerman.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Mark (Dawn) of Fair Hope, AL, Russ (Stacy) of Rice Lake, Julie Burke (Pat) of Sparta and Scott (Kerri) of Kewaskum; his grandchildren, Anthony, Spencer, Brendan (Ashley), Jake, Bennett, Megan, Emily, Olivia and Karter; and his sisters, Angie Westerman and Christine Ruplinger (Jim). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
