He is survived by: his children, April Otten (William) of Kewaskum, Ryan Starr (Sarah) of West Bend and Eric Starr (Hunter) of Kewaskum; his grandchildren, Brantley, Brynlee, Ashton, Colson and Kilian; his wife Virginia Becker; and his siblings, Deborah Slottke (Daniel), Peter Starr (Teri) and Jennifer Muckerheide (Mark).
