She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F. Hawe and Delores M. Hawe; her sister Nancy Lewis; her nephew Ford Thomas Cohan; and her brothers-in-law, Jan Lewis and Mike Steitz.

She is survived by: her husband Ralph Hilbelink; her children, Stephanie Stockhausen (Paul), Ryan Hilbelink (Julie) and Lori Gorby (John); her granddaughters, Nina Robertson (Ryan), Noelle and Abby Stockhausen; her children, Ben, Anna, Lauren Hilbelink, Kaylie, Lexi and William Gorby; her great grandchild Elena Robertson; and her siblings, Thomas J. Hawe, Dianne Hawe, Pearl Hawe, Mary Melius (Russ), Laurie Hawe, Ann Hawe, Susan Parent (Marc) and Lisa Cohan.
