He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Carlson (Kathy); his children, Bonnie Miller (Jerry Sr), Richard Yochem (Suzie), Bill Yochem (Barb), Teri Milligan (John Sancomb) and Allen Tackes (Chris); his grandchildren, Jerry Jr., Eric, Joshua, Brian, James, Christopher, Mitchell, Tim, Sara, Rachel, Jason, Erin, Nick, Roechelle and Robert; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Elaine Carlson of Grafton; his niece Karalyn Jagow (Eric); his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Wojciechowski (late Roger) and Bill Landrath (Terri); his son-in-law Kevin Milligan; and his friends, Mac McCann, Chuck Steinert, Neil Marquart and Chad.
