She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Barber and Jessie Barber; her husband Lee Hathaway; her children-in-law, Lisa Hathaway and Matthew Nitschke; her sister Fay Bemman; and her brothers-in-law, Kurt Bemman and Dar Spearing.
She is survived by: her children, David of Quakertown, PA, Dr. Leann Nitschke of Pewaukee, Jean Strobel (Nathan) of Muskego and James (Janet) of Thiensville; and her siblings-in-law, Dick Hathaway (Cindi) of Seattle, WA and Sue Spearing of Ft. Collins, CO. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
