He is survived by: his former wife Mary Kuipers; his children, Ellyn Buckley (Lyle), Tamela "Tami" Esquivel (Lado), Vicky Hamilton (Bob Lemler), Scott Hamilton and Kip Hamilton (Kathy); his grandchildren, Cassandra Kind (Joey), Brandon Bledsoe (Amanda), Leighann Gorsuch (Ryan), Courtney Franklin (Luke), Amanda Delgadillo (Steven), Audrey Esquivel, Jesse Hamilton (Brittany), Joshua Hamilton, Michelle Hamilton and Rebecca Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Cody, Brooklynn, Landon, Walker, William, Elizabeth, Zachary, Brixton and Stella; his great great grandchild Maverick; and his siblings, Alice Deglopper and Gerald Marier (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
