She was predeceased by: her parents, Matildo Arvelo and Agripina Arvelo; her husband William Tracy; her brother Luis; her son-in-law James Steele; her grandson-in-law Joseph Miller; and her siblings, Justa Acevedo, Antonia Arvelo, Paulina Rios, Felipe Arvelo, Awilda Juarez and Lydia Oliver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Kunze (John) of West Bend, Sally Steele of Juneau and Margaret Tracy of Milwaukee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
