He is survived by: his parents, John Michael and Marian Edith Sabee (Wildhagen); his wife Kristine Noelle Heintz; his stepson Matthew Berrens (Samantha); his grandson Joseph Berrens; his sister Pamela McAvoy; his brother-in-law Travis Heintz (Julie); his parents-in-law, Robert and Karen Heintz; his niece Sarah McAvoy; his nephews, Andrew McAvoy Sabee and Adam Heintz; and his aunts, Pamela Sabee and Sherry Ahlman (Dennis). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
