It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel R. Maciejczak (West Bend, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 20, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Melyssa; his children, Eric, Paul and Amy; his close friend Kendall Faye Hager; his parents, Marilynne Maciejczak and Thomas; his siblings, Michele Weiss (Craig) and Kurt Maciejczak (Mary); his mother-in-law Alice Theesfeld (late Richard); and his brother-in-law Mark Theesfeld (Kathy). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close family friends.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials to the Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church Music Fund or to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in East Troy.
