Connie (Fleming) Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie (Fleming) Smith (West Bend, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Christopher Fleming and Eunice Fleming; her children, Jennifer Kraft (Gary) and Thomas Smith (Donna); her grandchildren, Hailey, Evan Smith, Ben, Rachel and Aaron Kraft; her brother Patrick Fleming of Madison; her brother-in-law Gary Norton of La Crosse; and her sister Sara "Sally" Norton of La Crosse. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to The Kathy Hospice in West Bend or St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Parish in West Bend.
