With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clayton K. Smith of West Bend, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Llyod Smith and Iris Smith (Phillippi); his wife Sharron Trepanier of Mary's Church; his granddaughter Felisha Smith; and his siblings, Patricia Faude, Reeta Sandsnes and Lloyd Smith Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Smith (Betty) of Fond du Lac, Jeffrey Smith (Amy Fischer) of Grafton, Sheryl Smith of Menomonee Falls and Cynthia Bialzik (Thomas) of Kenosha; his granddaughters, Michelle Nickerson (Jamie) and Jennifer Smith; and his siblings, Lance Smith (Maxine), Bruce Smith (Janice), Sandy Usack (Dawson) and Mark Smith (Anne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations to purchase a Clayton K. Smith memorial gift for Samaritan Nursing Home.
