He was predeceased by: his father Carnel Koepke; his parents-in-law, Richard and Frieda Techtmann (Hagner); and his siblings-in-law, Florence Enderle, Darlene Koepke and Paul Techtmann.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Techtmann; his children, James Koepke (Jill) of Mequon, Wis., Susan Keese (Brendan) of Whitefish Bay, Wis., Sandra Buchholz (Jon) of Phoenix, Ariz and Jean Soyk (Gary) of West Bend, Wis.; his grandchildren, Maura Hegman (Scott), Erin Dooley (Dylan), Matthew Keese (Addy), Katrina Bartsch (Ben), Carl Buchholz (Sarah), Mark Buchholz, Ruth Buchholz (Fiancé' Paul Tuskowski), Amber Soyk, Trevor Soyk (Brittney), John Koepke and Jeff Koepke; his brothers, Walter Koepke (Meredith), William Koepke and Allen Koepke (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Verna Kudek (Bob), Mae Mehringer (Francis "Sonny"), Janet Techtmann, Richard Jr. Techtmann (Diane) and Lewis Enderle. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
