He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cudnohoske and Mildred Cudnohoske; his brothers, Wallace and Kenneth Cudnohoske; his brothers-in-law, Bill Snyder and Harold Laux; and his sisters, Olive (Harold), Judy (Russell Breit) and Marion (Bill Snyder).
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Cudnohoske; and his stepchildren, Bob Nelson (Kelly), Jeffery Nelson, Dawn Boelter (David) and Jaime Kauper (Steve). He is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Kathy's Hospice or a Charity of your choice in Calvin's name would be appreciated.
