She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Courier and Thelma Courier (Foster); her husband Gordon Schalla; her daughter Lynda Schalla; her sister Joan Wiley (Bob); her parents-in-law, Joseph and Myrtle Schalla; and her brother-in-law Robert Schalla.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Schalla of Bayfield, WI, Larry Schalla (Susan) of West Bend, WI and Douglas Schalla (Barbara) of West Bend, WI; her grandchildren, Steven Schalla (Annette) of Hammond, WI, Michael Schalla (Hannah) of Cedarburg, WI, Emily Schalla of Allenton, WI, Jennifer Custer (Jeremy) of Chicago, IL and Gregory Schalla (Avery) of Rochester, MN; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Schalla, Abigail Schalla, Matthew Schalla, Charlie Schalla, Henry Custer and Edward Custer; and her sister Carol Bruder-Hoekstra. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
