It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arlene E. Horton (West Bend, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James F Horton; her parents, Wilton Surprise and Ella Surprise; and her siblings, Evelyn Feriozzi and Wilton Surprise Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lon Horton (Louise), Debbie McClellan (late Bruce) and Cindy Plautz (Steven). She is also survived by seven grand children; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
