She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Hoffman and Loraine Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Becky Braunschweig (Brad), Joe Gurlusky (Nicole) and Andy Gurlusky; her grandchildren, Zach Braunschweig, Mitch Gurlusky, Sam Braunschweig, Maddie Gurlusky, Owen Gurlusky and Isabel Gurlusky; her brother Henry Hoffman; and her former husband Paul Gurlusky.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Hubert's Cemetery.
