She was predeceased by: her parents, James (Anita) and Eva Kingsbury (Hansen); her husband Gene W. Kissinger; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kissinger (Linda), Sally Washick (Clint), Sherry Kissinger (Brian Westra), Scott Kissinger (April) and Stuart Kissinger (Lynda); her grandchildren, Adam, Jessica, Jake, Tyler (Abigail), Brent, Aaron, Seth, Rachel, Savannah, Sabastian and Shane; her great grandchildren, Laila, Eleanor, Claire and Leah; and her siblings, Jim Kingsbury, Alice Weiss (Marv) and Bill Kingsbury (Judy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“It is with a heavy heart Ray and I send our love and condolences to the family. We couldn't have asked for better neighbors over the 51 years we have lived here! The summer of 1973 when we moved in Anne and Gene gathered the neighbors to welcome us and for us to get to know each other which was amazing, coming from Milwaukee where neighbors hardly talked to each other. From time to time they would stop in just to say hi. I don't think I ever heard a harsh or critical word from either of them.”
