He is survived by: his wife Donna E. Theisen; his children, Kelly Kreif and Aaron Kreif; his grandson James Gallas; his sisters, Carol Aupperle and Bonnie Kreif; his siblings-in-law, Toni Kreif, Diane Piwoni, Anita Schladweiler (Jerry), Carol Theisen and Don Theisen (Deb); and his godsons, Dan A. Theisen, Jeffrey A. Kreif and Dante A. Theisen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
