It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam M. Jakubowski of West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jakubowski and Helen Jakubowski. He is survived by: his sons, Jared (Hilary) and Heath (Natasha); his grandchildren, Jameson and Marley; his siblings, Diana Ross (Paul), Carl Jakubowski (Mary), Joan Romo (Ramiro), Peggy Georgeson (Peter) and Larry Jakubowski (Melissa); and his friend Lisa Nevsimal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newburg Sportsmen's Club (329 County Rd My, West Bend, WI 53090). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM and at 3:45 PM at the same location.
