He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Ann; his children, Andrew Kaczkowski (Lourdes) and Ann Gerrits (Mark); his grandchildren, Mariko, Vaughan, Cyrus Kaczkowski, Josephine Dake, Kylie Kaczkowski Dake and Maxwell Dake; his siblings, Conrad Kaczkowski and Pricilla Kujawa (Gerald); and also Betty Ann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
