He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Adeline; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his children, Renae Brazzoni (Reynaldo), Shelley Konopacki and Jennifer Konopacki; his grandchildren, Amanda, Alexander, Austin, Addison and Buttercup; his great grandchildren, William and Lawson; and his siblings, Warren (Janet), James (Chris) and Debbie Konopacki. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Disabled American Veterans or St. Jude's Children's Hospital are appreciated.
