She was predeceased by: her grandchild Shevelle; and her grandparents, Henry Deibert, Ester Deibert and Sally Gureski. She is survived by: her parents, Shirley M. Azzolina (Frank) and Eugene Gureski (Jill); her siblings, Jason Gureski, Josef Gureski, Joseph Azzolina and Frank Azzolina; and her grandparent Eugene Gureski Sr. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, other family and many friends.
