He was predeceased by: his wife Jill; his son Kevin Bishop; and his brother Jim Bishop (Debbie). He is survived by: his sons, Kristopher and Kent (Carisa); his grandchildren, Makenzie and Cooper; and his siblings, Jayne Felton and Pat Botzau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
