He was predeceased by: his parents, Yarkin Harley and Mary Harley; his children, Karen Heinen (Chuck), Karla Harris and Clifford Harley Sr.; and his grandson Brandon Harley.
He is survived by: his wife Rosella Harley; his children, Kathleen Harley, Robert Harley II (Dana), Arthur Harley (Rhonda), Jeffrey Harley and Michael Harley Sr; his stepchildren, Pat Miller (John) and Kim Grapel (Doug); his sister Esther Grona; and his grandchildren, Tony Heinen, Tammy Rolph (Chad), Amanda Philson (Chad), Robert III, Frank, Skyler, Austin, Clifford, Jennifer, Jonathan, Meagan, Michael Jr, Christopher, Lacey, Priscilla Harley, Erin Lasocki, Jessica Stewart (Joe), Alexis, John (Rebecca) and Adam Twito. He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Bob's name are suggested for The Salvation Army.
