He was predeceased by: his parent George Wilton; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his parent Viola Wilton (Froemming); his siblings, Hazel Connors (Terry), Donald Wilton and Ethel Rewald (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis "Tony" Sokolowski (Lynette) and Kathleen Reichart. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church appreciated.
