With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Schmid Sr. (West Allis, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 1, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Clarice. He is survived by: his children, Jacqui Snyder (Thomas), Richard Schmid (Lynn), Wayne Schmid (Cheryl), Nancy Grittner (David) and Diane Kaltenbrun; and his sibling-in-law Darlene Eggert. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 & 1/2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
