He is survived by: his children, Constance "Connie" Crandell (Jack), Jo Anne Kinley (Norman), Charles West, John West (Lenore Hansen) and Alison Ridge (John). He is also survived by grandchildren great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
