He was predeceased by: his mother Laurie Elm. He is survived by: his father Patrick "Pat" Sr.; his fiancée Tiffany Elice Rodriguez; his children, Alexandria Garcia (Julian) of Colorado Springs, CO, Davin (Raechel) of Menomonee Falls, WI, Nathan Elm of Menomonee Falls, WI, Makenzie Elm of Menomonee Falls, WI and Elijah Elm of Menomonee Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Uriah, Azarus, Olivia, Geneva and Nathan Jr.; his siblings, Patrick Elm Jr., Kelly McAndrews (Brian) and Anthony "Tony" Elm (Mariah); and his grandfathers, Emil Jr., Nicholas, Rick and Tom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
