She was predeceased by: her spouse Henry; and her child Patrick Janasiak. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Janasiak (Karen), Richard Janasiak (Jane) and Michael Janasiak (Nancy); and her grandchildren, David (Susan), Daniel (Wendy), Nicholas Janasiak (Shoua), Denise Kohel (Jim) and Melissa Peterson (Carl). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
