She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her parents, Frank Kylen and Esther Van Kylen; and her siblings, Frank Van Kylen (Isabelle), Raymond Van Kylen (Lillian) and Cecile Lee (Jack).
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Sprifke (Barry), Patricia Eklund (Mark), Vicki Glasnovich (Thomas), Mary Kay Spidell-Chan (Alan), Therese Jo Spidell and Barbara Meyer-Spidell; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Spidell (Carol), Diane Wisch (Charles) and Shirley Spidell (late Richard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
