She was predeceased by: her husband John Yerasha. She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn O'Halloran (Mike), Carol Symmes, Mary Yerasha, Francine Yerasha and Diane Fenske (Mike); her grandchildren, Jim O'Halloran, Marie Hink (Steve), Lori Symmes and Brian Symmes; and her great grandchildren, Brianna and Carson Symmes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, for the compassionate care of our mother, memorials to Vitas Hospice appreciated.
