He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Burbach and Marie Burbach; and his brother Anthony "Maur" Burbach. He is survived by: his sister Kathleen M. Phillips (Richard); his nephew Richard A. Phillips (Judith); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Julianne, Matthew, Christopher, Michael, Sarah, Ruth, Daniel, Isaac and Hannah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude's Hospital would be appreciated.
