He was predeceased by: his father George Hurst. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Borchardt Hurst; his close friend Pam Oren; his children, Elizabeth Holley (Martin) and Paul Hurst (Amanda); his granddaughter Alexis Holley; and his brothers, Mark (Karen), Brian (Judie) and Kevin (Pauline). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
