She was predeceased by: her child Carmen Tate. She is survived by: her children, Ralf Leidig (Barbara) and Jerome Thomas; her grandchildren, AJ, Cheryl, Janette, Sharifa, Jerome, Jason, Rachel, Sybany and Sabrina; and her siblings, Heidi, Forest, Gary and Sigfried. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
