She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Denis Peters; her daughters, Susan Schoenbeck (Alan), Sandra Zach (Steven) and Sheryl Hall (Timothy); her grandchildren, Peter McHugh (Nicole), Matthew McHugh (Laura), Ella Hall and Camden Zach; and her siblings, Colleen Simonsen (Stein), Nancy Olson, John Olson (Martha) and Phil Olson (Shirley).
