It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra Sue Downam Hall of West Allis, Wisconsin, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Richard Downam; her stepfather Richard Speelman; and her brother Darrell Downam. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Ann Speelman (Haynes) of Swayzee; her fiancé Mike Minkebige of West Allis, WI; her daughters, Amanda Hooper (Darren) and Valerie Bamburg (Jay); her grandchildren, Draven Sands, Kyri Sands, Sian Sands, Justice Stevens and Kaidence Bamburg; and her sisters, Lynn Knight (Gary) of Marion and Carol Davenport (Ron) of Swayzee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
