He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hrdlicka and Beatrice Hrdlicka. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Gale (Eric); his grandson Henry Gale; and his brother Jeffrey Hrdlicka.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Froedtert Cancer Center, in memory of his dear friends Petey and Roy, appreciated.
