He is survived by: his brothers, Chris (Megan) and Corey (Katelyn); his uncle John; his grandmother Melody; his aunt Leanne (Zeb); his uncles, Steven (Tonya) and Michael; his significant other Jenny; his significant other's children, Jordan, Dallas and Skylyr; and his nephews, Brantley and Ryan. He is also survived by many great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
