He was predeceased by: his grandchild Brandi Gillessen; and his siblings, Gary Costello and Eddie Flechner. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Tammy Gillessen (Brian "Gilly"); his grandson Brandon; and his siblings, Lynn Szopinski, Donna Wade, Herman Flechner, Terry Flechner, Jennie Stone, Mary Bokota (Mike) and Dorothy Moser (Frank). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
