She was predeceased by: her husband Frank R. Chaplock. She is survived by: her children, Mike (Carol), Jim (Kelley), Sandra Donovan (Cary) and Christine Sucevic (Tim Regal); her grandchildren, Matthew Michelle (Jill), Katie (Matt Vesey), Jenna Chaplock, Amy Baker, Julie VanderHeiden (Kevin), Erin Haen (Luke), Steve, Sam Sucevic (Tami) and Stacy O'Mahar (Bryan); her great grandchildren, Monica, Marley, Kailey Chaplock, Gian, Dynomus Baker, Jade VanderHeiden, Eli, Everly O'Mahar, Vivian and Vincent Sucevic; her sibling Monte Gulseth; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Gulseth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Diabetes Foundation appreciated.
