It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Locher (West Allis, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 19, 2019, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles J. Locher, MD and Delores M. Locher; her siblings, Charles, Christopher (late Betty), Eric, Lisa (Caroline Mailhot), Brian, Sharon and John Locher; her nephews, Andrew Locher, Charles Locher II and George Mailhot; and her niece Lillian Locher.
