She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Victoria Vodnik; and her sister Louise Merath. She is survived by: her children, Anthony J. IV Vodnik (Jeannie) and Annette Surfus (James); and her grandchildren, Antoinette (Alicia Slagle), Anthony J. Vodnik V, Elizabeth Surfus (Andrew), Hochhaus, Kristina Surfus (Steve Kulwicki) and Juliane Surfus (Jeff Willich). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the SNPJ Scholarship Fund appreciated.
