He was predeceased by: his nephew Dean "Dino" Rehak; and also Cathy Lavacca. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Burke (George), Brian Rehak (Marcee) and Crystal Roth (Will); his grandchildren, Harmony, Brayden, Lea, Stephanie, Savannah, Brett, Molly and Blake; his friend Maria "Sas" Wittliff; and his nieces and nephews, Jessie, Serena, Baron, Catrina and Lex.
