She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Kniewel; her siblings, Sophie Thom (Carl), Stella Wisniewski (Frank) and Chester (Elaine); her siblings-in-law, Pluta, Raymond Kniewel (Alma), Lambert Kniewel, Emily Smiley (Milo) and Mildred Mancuso (Mariano); and her great-niece Carlie Beaudin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Matthew, Anna Pluta (Wisniewski) and Polish; her children, Barbara Vitense of Nashotah, Janice Stark (David) of Janesville, Ann Koch (Stephen) of Greenfield and Thomas Kniewel (Andrea) of Rhinelander; her grandchildren, Brian Vitense (Julie) of Oconomowoc, Jennifer Jacobs (Kyle) of Wauwatosa, Tim Vitense of Anoka, Kyle Vitense (Heidi) of Eden Prairie, Allison Seippel (Jamin) of Janesville, Andrew Stark (Alison) of Plymouth, Nicholas Koch of Greenfield, Jamie Koch of Greenfield and Alexander Kniewel of Rhinelander; and her great grandchildren, Paeton, Landon Vitense, Preston, Olivia Jacobs, Serena, Erin Vitense, Channing, Chloe and Brady Seippel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews and other relatives and friends.
