He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Stevens and Bertha Stevens (Rainey); and his brother Kelly Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stevens; his children, Brenda Willingham, Stephen Stevens Jr. (Rachel), Tiffany Nutt and Nicole Simmons; and his siblings, Sherry Gillis, Carmen Bouchie, Thomas and Vernon Jr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
