Sophie Slipher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie Slipher (Webster, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Mihna and Apolonia Mihna; her siblings, Mike, Steve, Joe and Mary; and her son-in-law Garland Green.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Cook; her friends, Jack and Janis Young; her husband William "Don" Slipher; her children, Donna Slipher-Jones (Ken), Bonnie Green, Michael Cook, Cecile Paulich, Geno Cook (Nina Mummey) and Rick Cook (Laurie); her grandchildren, Jason, Genia, Netta, Joe, Alyssa, Amber and Rob; and her great grandchildren, Harper, Charlee, Emma, Jacob, Jensen, Zeke, Sophie and Lily. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Maple Ridge Care Center Activity Department in Sophie's name.
